We believe that all Christians are representatives of Christ on this earth in His physical absence; and, that we've been charged with the responsibility of evangelizing a lost and hurting world, and introducing it to the Grace, Love, and Truth of Jesus Christ. In executing this commission, we must keep in mind that we are each and all ambassadors of Christ and ministers of reconcilliation; and, as such, we are obligated to act as He would act -- love as He would love -- and do so by employing the same criteria.
We believe that it's not enough to simply love in word; but, rather that our deeds must demonstrate that the grace and love of Christ is truly operating in us.
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God and inerrant in the original writings.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that our forefather Adam was created as a perfect being; but, through his disobedience to God, his nature was changed, he became cursed, and his nature became sinful.
We believe that every human being, with the exception of Jesus, who were born after Adam was born under this curse, and born with Adam’s sinful nature.
We believe that every person born with this cursed and sinful nature is lost and sinful, and must be saved.
We believe that man’s only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
We believe in the sovereignty of God; but, we believe that, in His sovereignty, God has the ability to grant man the ability to accept or reject His offer of salvation. Accordingly, we categorically reject the doctrines of irresistible grace and unconditional election; and believe that man’s response to the gospel of Jesus Christ is man’s choice, and man’s choice alone.
We believe that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that “WHOSOEVER” believes in Him will not perish, but will have everlasting life.
We believe that salvation requires that man repent (change his mind about and turn from) his life of evil and/or self-righteousness and turn to Christ so that Christ can give him a new heart, a new spirit, and a new life.
We believe that every person who is able should be baptized in water in accordance with the instructions of Jesus Christ and His apostles.
We believe in the present ministry and baptism of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; those that are saved into the resurrection of life and those that are unsaved into the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
